We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your purchase, we accept exchanges on all items within 30 days of purchase, provided that the item is in its original condition and packaging. To initiate an exchange, please contact us to obtain an exchange authorization number. Items must be sent with a tracking number and include order details such as the order number and buyer’s name, otherwise, we will not be able to verify the exchange. Please note that original shipping costs are non-refundable. If an item is returned damaged, we may not be able to provide a full exchange and may deduct up to 50% of the original purchase price. The customer is responsible for any additional shipping costs associated with the exchange. Exchanged items will be shipped within 7-10 business days of receipt of the returned item. If the desired exchange item is out of stock, we will issue a refund instead.
