- Shipping Policy – We use Royal Mail as our primary delivery service. At this time, we are only able to accept orders within the UK. Please allow 1-2 business days for your order to be processed and shipped. If you require expedited shipping, please contact us for additional options and rates. Please note that during busy times such as Christmas and Valentine’s Day, shipping times may be longer and we cannot be held responsible for any delays.
- Returns and Refunds Policy – We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your purchase, we accept returns on all items within 30 days of purchase, provided that the item is in its original condition and packaging. To initiate a return, please contact us to obtain a return authorization number. Return items must be sent with a tracking number and include order details such as the order number and buyer’s name, otherwise we will not be able to verify the return. Refunds will be issued within 7-10 business days of receipt of the returned item. Please note that original shipping costs are non-refundable. If an item is returned damaged, we may not be able to provide a full refund and may deduct up to 50% of the original purchase price. Please note that the customer is responsible for the cost of shipping the returned item back to us.
- Failed Delivery Policy – If the package cannot be delivered to the given shipping address due to causes ascribable to the absent cooperation of the customer (wrong or incorrect shipping address, absent receiver,) or if the customer refuses to collect the package, the package will be returned to the sender (Violetta’s Secret) at the customer’s expense. The expense includes shipping costs and any duty and tax the package may have incurred; this amount will be deducted from the total of the order to be refunded.
- Proof of Delivery Policy: Please note that we do not refund or replace items that are marked as delivered by the courier. For this reason, we always recommend that you get items delivered to a secure address. If you are unable to locate your delivered item, please contact the courier to file a claim.
